    Postage is included in the list price unless stated otherwise. Items are usually dispatched within two working days, unless it is a bespoke item and may therefore take up to five days to dispatch. Most items are dispatched using Royal Mail. Larger items may be dispatched using DHL. Unfortunately, I cannot ship any products abroad (outside the UK)-sorry.

    • Our products are divided into two groups, Premium and Economy.

      Wood is a difficult natural product and sometimes when manufacturing the items there are problems with shrinkage, splitting and occasional machining defects. Rather than wasting these I have put them on the website at a reduced cost, only when they are acceptable as saleable.
